Wednesday, November 3, TGS 4th and 5th grades rode the bus to Brattleboro and spent a couple of hours with students at the Green Street School. The two groups played French games, like "Le Facteur", the French version of Duck,Duck, Goose, and Bouledoug couleurs, similar to Red Rover. Then we ate lunch, the "Déjeuner sur l'herbe", in the Crowell Park. Finally, we went to GSS to play loto, with students asking each other questions about age, likes and dislikes and such. We finished up with a portrait drawing of our penpal. It was a great outing!
