Monsieur Valette:"Vous êtes tous là?" Les enfants: "Oui!"
We learned, over the past two weeks, the names of the 6 children and the two adults in the Grenadine series. Hopefully by now you have heard your child singing "Comment tu t'appelles?" at home. I play with calling the children "des enfants" or "des éléphants" just to see if the class will catch me. We have done three pages in our "cahier" or writing books, and made "toupie", tops that you spin and say the name of the child from the series represented by the letter on the toupie. Hopefully your child brought home their "toupie" and has shown you how to play. We are just beginning to work on numbers and school supplies.
