Vocabulary for Unit 2, Grenadine,October 17
We are about to embark on Unit 2 this coming week in 2cnd grade.
Our vocabulary will include colors, les couleurs:
Le rouge, noir, bleu,
blanc, gris, jaune, orange, marron, et rose, and their feminine forms,
which the children will simply become aware of.
And about some random things:
La tomate (tomato), le ciel(sky), l’éléphant, le corbeau (crow),
le nuage (cloud), le soleil (sun),
la souris (mouse), la rose, l’ arbre (tree)
We will continue to work on verbs, such as regarder (look), écouter (listen), écrire (write),
dessiner (draw), montrer (show), jouer (play),
and répèter (repeat).
And finally we will study and dance the alphabet dance.
